Brenda Escalera

Brenda Escalera currently holds the position of Executive Director, Client Operations at Hearing Care Solutions since December 2018. Prior to this, Brenda worked as Director of patient retention at the same company. At TSYS from February 2015 to August 2018, Brenda held the title of Escalations, focusing on technical support and de-escalating calls. In the past, Brenda worked as a Sales Associate at Dish Network from November 2013 to December 2014 and as a Team Member at ChinaMax from April 2011 to September 2013. Brenda also pursued further education at Community College of Aurora from 2015 to 2016.
