Aneel Dhaliwal

Aneel Dhaliwal is the Director of Recruiting and DEIB Business Partner at Hearsay Systems. Previously, Aneel was also the Co-Founder/Editor in Chief at EntryLevelr and a Senior Recruiter at Neozene. Aneel has a background in media studies and political science from the University of California, Berkeley. Aneel has experience in full life-cycle recruiting and has worked as an intern at Pixar Animation Studios and KTVU. At Hearsay Systems, Aneel manages a global team of Recruiters, drives process improvements for efficient interview experiences, supports hiring managers, and invests in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts.
