Kelly P. has a strong background in customer success and sales operations. Kelly started their career in 2009 as a Global Account Manager at IRVINE STONE, INC. In 2012, they joined Medallia, where they worked as a Customer Experience Associate and later in Sales Operations. In 2015, they moved to Kollective Technology as a Customer Success Manager and later took on the role of Customer Success- Enterprise/Strategic EMEA Expansion. Since 2018, Kelly has been at Hearsay Systems, where they have held various positions, including Customer Success Executive, Head of Mid-Market, Regional Director, Director of Customer Success, Senior Director, and currently the Vice President of Global Customer Success.
Kelly P. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Kelly also completed a program in Communications at the American Institute for Foreign Study in Florence, Italy. In addition, they have studied Media in Society at New York University. Kelly has obtained various certifications in areas such as well-being, project management, leadership, customer success management, productivity, resilience, feedback, and team management.
