Krisztina Simon

Krisztina Simon has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Krisztina started their career in 2005 as a Consultant at Chronos International, where they worked as a headhunter for GE and GM. Krisztina then joined HP in 2008 as a Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and event organization. In 2015, they transitioned to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they continued their recruitment role and took on additional projects at a country and regional level. In 2017, Krisztina joined DXC Technology as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and also led the Employee Engagement Program in Hungary. Krisztina then worked at GE Healthcare as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from 2018 to 2019, where they collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to find top talent for digital roles. Currently, they are working at Hearsay Systems as a Lead Recruiter, supporting international recruitment and mentoring colleagues.

Krisztina Simon has a Master's degree in Business Management - HR from Corvinus University of Budapest, which they obtained between 1999 and 2005. Krisztina has recently completed a Sourcing Masterclass from The Source Code Agency in 2022.
