Paula Watson-Lafortune

Paula Watson-Lafortune has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Paula is currently the Global Human Resources Director at Hearsay Systems, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Global Director of Recruiting at Hearsay Systems from August 2019 to September 2020. Before joining Hearsay Systems, Paula worked at Facebook as a Recruiting Manager, focusing on media partnerships and central functions from March 2018 to July 2019. Paula also held the role of Manager of Recruiting at Quantcast from August 2014 to March 2018. Prior to that, Paula was a Talent Acquisition Manager at PwC from February 2012 to June 2014. Paula began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at St.Vincent Health from February 2009 to February 2012, followed by a contract role as a Recruitment Manager at Citrix Systems from October 2008 to February 2009. Paula's career started as a Talent Management Associate at The Corporate Executive Board from October 2006 to September 2008.

Paula Watson-Lafortune earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Galway from 2001 to 2004. Paula then obtained a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree in Management Consultancy from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business from 2004 to 2005.
