Aleksandra Buljancevic-Hagy

Aleksandra Buljancevic-Hagy, MSMIT, RAC™, Prosci®, PMP, CSM, serves as the Head of Internal Systems Engineering at Fitch Group, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the Scrum Master Center of Excellence and driving Agile transformation. Additionally, Aleksandra works as a HearstLab Scout, providing technical project management and Agile guidance to early-stage, women-led startups. Previous experience includes key strategic roles at S&P Global and SNL Financial, focusing on digital transformation, project management, and operational excellence. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Management of IT from UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature and Bio-medical Ethics from the University of Virginia.
