Becca Orlebeke

Becca Orlebeke is a seasoned professional in instructional design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Instructional & UX Designer at Hearst since March 2022 and as a HearstLab Scout since November 2023, where involvement includes supporting early-stage women-led startups. Prior roles include Training Specialist at Diligent Corporation and Technology Integrator & Media/IB Design Teacher at All Saints Episcopal Day School, where additional responsibilities included directing a STEM camp. Becca also has experience as a Grade 5 Lead Classroom Teacher in both Livingston Public Schools and Philip's Academy Charter School, where notable contributions included serving as Assistant to the Principal and facilitating an entrepreneurial enrichment program. Becca holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education K-6 from Montclair State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture & Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
