Justin Kaber has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Justin currently holds the position of Head of Structures and Interiors at Heart Aerospace, where they lead a multi-functional team covering design, test, and certification of the airframe, systems installation, and interior. Justin is responsible for technical leadership, team growth, and program management. Prior to their current role, they worked at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation as the Interiors Engineering Manager and IPT Leader, overseeing crew and passenger seats, cabin furnishings, and mechanical systems. Before that, they served as a Mechanical Systems Engineer at B/E Aerospace, where they managed projects and a team, focusing on galley mechanical systems. Additionally, they worked at Greenpoint Technologies as a Design Engineer, responsible for mechanical system design and structural modifications, and at B/E Aerospace Flight Structures Inc as a Manufacturing Engineer, involved in lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

Justin Kaber attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). In April 2021, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
