Lance Lutchen

Lance Lutchen is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the Lead of Systems Design & Methods at Heart Aerospace since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the aircraft systems design team, developing product lifecycle management (PLM) strategies, and integrating engineering tools. Prior to this role, Lance held positions at Gulfstream Aerospace as a Senior Systems Design Engineer from November 2015 to July 2022, at Piper Aircraft as a Technical Specialist III from January 2010 to November 2015, and at Cessna Aircraft Company as a Senior Design Engineer from July 2006 to August 2009. Lance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2006.
