Viola Nagujja

Viola Nagujja is a Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility Specialist at Heart Aerospace, a position held since March 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Human Resources Intern at Fingerprint Cards from January 2018 to June 2018, where involvement in the Human Resource and communications department supported various functions of the leading biometrics company. Prior to that, Viola served as an HR & Communications Administrator at the National Medicine/Drug Authority from January 2011 to December 2015, focusing on recruitment and remuneration processes within the regulatory environment for human and veterinary medicines. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Studies and Communication Studies from Makerere University (2010-2013).
