C.j Sandison

C.J Sandison has extensive experience in football operations and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Academy Operations for Heart of Midlothian FC since April 2016. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for the Boys and Girls Academy program from U8 to U18 and managing a team of staff while collaborating with various departments. Previously, C.J held roles such as Academy Coach for the U11 age group, Community Football Co-ordinator overseeing grassroots programs, and Foundation Phase Academy Coach for the U8-10 group, all aimed at fostering player development and community engagement. Early experience includes part-time work as a Waiter at Martin Wishart Limited during high school. C.J is an alumnus of Trinity Academy in Edinburgh, graduating in 2016.
