Isabelle also worked as the Coordinator of Legislative Affairs & Health Policy and Administrative Assistant in the Health Policy Department at the Heart Rhythm Society, where they coordinated the execution of the organization's advocacy agenda, provided administrative support for health policy functions, and assisted in the development of health policy-related content.
Isabelle Breakwell, PMP, CAE has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began their studies at Lycée Louis de Couffignal in Strasbourg, France, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Classe Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles (CPGE), focusing on Physics and Science De L'Ingenieur - PCSI / PSI*. Following this, in 2003, Isabelle attended Université March Bloch in Strasbourg, France, where they participated in the English as a Foreign Language Program.
In addition to their educational background, Isabelle Breakwell has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2022, Isabelle achieved the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
