The Support and Coordination team at Heartbeat International is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of life-affirming services. The Human Resource Manager oversees staff welfare and recruitment, ensuring the team is well-equipped to support the mission. The APR Crisis Hotline Nurse provides critical medical assistance and information to abortion-vulnerable individuals. The Customer Support Specialist addresses inquiries and provides support through Option Line's® 24-hour contact center. The Medical Impact Office Assistant assists with administrative tasks and coordination across medical programs. The Program Coordinator manages the implementation and evaluation of Heartbeat's various initiatives and projects. Together, they orchestrate the support and logistical efforts needed to reach, rescue, and renew lives around the world.
