Ioana Biggers

Ioana Biggers, M.A. has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at HeartFlow, Inc, where they previously held roles as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to HeartFlow, they worked as a Recruiting Supervisor at Parsley Energy Alumni, where they oversaw recruiting strategy and growth. Ioana also has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Expro and as a Corporate Recruiter at Ascension. In addition, they have worked in the agency world managing high-volume recruitment in the oil and gas industry at Cammach Bryant. Earlier in their career, they served as a Staffing Manager at Marks and Spencer. Throughout their various roles, Ioana has demonstrated strengths in building processes, improving efficiency, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Ioana Biggers, M.A. holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University. Ioana also has a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Oradea.
