Jeff Bailey

Jeff Bailey is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at HeartFlow, Inc. since August 2021, Jeff focuses on combating heart disease through innovative cardiac testing solutions. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Principal Senior Executive Recruiter at Bailey Executive Search, specializing in full cycle recruitment for the medical device sector. From April 2015 to August 2020, Jeff held the position of Director of Executive Recruitment at MedAssets, where efforts centered on enhancing healthcare quality and effectiveness. Jeff began building a healthcare practice as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Warner Search Group from March 2010 to March 2015, and previously served as the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Recruiting at Parkwood International from April 2001 to February 2010. Jeff is an alumnus of Texas Tech University.
