Stephanie Heller

Stephanie Heller currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at HeartFlow, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Heller was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hugel Aesthetics from November 2021 to September 2023. Heller's extensive experience includes positions such as Global Head of Human Resources for Surgical Structural Heart at Edwards Lifesciences and Johnson & Johnson's Global Head of Human Resources for Surgical Vision. Heller has contributed to organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and HR strategy across various leading firms, including Allergan and Hologic, and has a strong background in managing human capital strategies that drive business objectives. Heller holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, an MBA from Walden University, and additional education from Cornell University and California State University, Long Beach.
