Dan Frezek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Amplify Credit Union until 2011. Dan then transitioned to Nations Reliable Lending, LLC as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer from 2011 to 2012. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Southwest Funding, where they had extensive knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements for various mortgage insurance companies. In 2017, Dan joined Supreme Lending as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer until 2019. Dan then worked as an Account Executive at Velocity Mortgage Capital from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, Dan held various roles, including serving as an Account Executive at Impac Mortgage Corp. for a few months. Later that year, they became a Regional Account Executive at Axos Bank. In 2022, Dan worked as a Central Regional Account Executive Wholesale at Carrington Wholesale, specializing in non-QM, government, and conventional lending. From 2021 to 2023, Dan served as a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent at Greater Texas Processing. Dan Frezek attended the University of North Texas from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Music Performance, specializing in Drumset and Percussion. Dan also pursued a minor in Music Theory during their time at the University of North Texas. Prior to that, they attended Lawrence University from 1983 to 1985, earning an Associate's degree in Music Performance with a focus on Percussion. In addition to their education, Dan Frezek obtained a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License from the National Mortgage Licensing System in September 2011.
