Richard Szabo

Richard Szabo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Richard currently holds the position of VP of Finance & Strategy at Hearth since June 2021. Previously, they served as VP of Finance & Ops at Sealed from January 2020 to December 2021, where they achieved significant cost reductions, managed investor relations, and successfully launched new products. Prior to that, Richard was the Chief Financial Officer at LynQ from January 2018 to December 2019, where they created strategic plans, managed capital raising initiatives, and implemented efficiency programs. Richard also worked as the Director of Strategy, Markets, & Corporate Finance at Dyno Nobel from September 2014 to December 2017. Before their roles in finance, Richard worked at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group, at Westpac as an Associate, at Macquarie Group as a Summer Intern, and at KPMG as a Winter Intern.

Richard Szabo pursued their academic endeavors in the field of business. In 2003, they started their Bachelor's degree in Business at Western Sydney University, which they successfully completed in 2005. Following this, in 2006, Richard attended the Sydney Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Finance.
