Jeffrey Johnson

Jeffrey Johnson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a robust background in leading HR initiatives and strategic programs. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner at Hearth & Home Technologies since March 2017, Jeffrey has spearheaded efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement, while also enhancing retention strategies and performance management processes. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Development Program internship at Nestlé, where Jeffrey developed a long-term CDL training strategy and improved performance management, and a Quality Control Lead role at Stander Inc., where critical quality inspection processes resulted in substantial cost savings. Jeffrey holds both a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Utah State University.
