Japhet Ekene Ujene has extensive experience in public health, particularly in HIV/AIDS and COVID-19 response initiatives. Currently serving as the Local Government Coordinator for the USAID ACE-6 HIV/AIDS program at Heartland Alliance Nigeria, Japhet previously contributed as a Covid-19 Vaccination Consultant, focusing on increasing vaccine uptake among underserved populations in Edo State. With a background that includes roles as Client Experience Associate and case manager, Japhet has demonstrated a commitment to client retention and health service accessibility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health specializing in Reproductive and Family Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Benin.
