Lisa Tsen

Lisa Tsen has a strong background in commercial banking, with experience in various roles and leadership positions. Lisa currently serves as a Commercial Relationship Manager-Team Lead at Heartland Bank since September 2022. Prior to joining Heartland Bank, Lisa worked at Northwest Bank as a Regional Senior Vice President, Commercial Market Executive-CRE from November 2021 to September 2022. Lisa also spent a significant portion of their career at First Financial Bank, where they held the position of Sr. Vice President-CRE Regional Manager from January 2012 to November 2021. Lisa's early experience in banking began at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked as a VP Business Banker from August 2007 to November 2012.

Lisa Tsen obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Franklin University in 2001.
