Mshr Alice Wickham

Alice Wickham, MSHR has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, training, and human resources.

Currently, they serve as the Assistant VP and Manager of Learning & Development at Heartland Bank since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Training Manager at Meeder Investment Management from April 2018 to April 2019.

From June 2016 to March 2018, Alice worked as a Senior Learning Specialist at Battelle where they led training initiatives for mid-to-senior level leadership, facilitated development classes, and implemented mentoring programs.

Before that, they served as a Learning Facilitator at Fifth Third Bancorp from October 2009 to May 2016.

From April 2002 to October 2009, they worked as a Human Resources Representative at Sterling Commerce, an AT&T company.

Alice's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Trainer at UUNET from April 2000 to March 2002, as a Facilitator at Signature Worldwide in early 2000, and as a Customer Service Representative at Abbott from 1994 to 1999, where they managed a large client base and handled pricing, contracts, and billing inquiries.

Throughout their career, Alice has demonstrated expertise in training, facilitation, program development, and employee development.

Alice Wickham, MSHR has a comprehensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in the same field at Franklin University in 1999.

Before pursuing higher education, Alice Wickham attended Hamilton Township High School, where they completed their high school education.

In addition to their academic achievements, Alice Wickham has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Some of their certifications include Human Resource Management and Employee & Labor Relations from Franklin University, obtained in 2021. Alice also holds certifications in DDI (Development Dimensions International), Social Style from TRACOM Group, Crucial Accountability and Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts, and Situational Leadership II & LAPII from The Ken Blanchard Companies, all obtained in 2016. Furthermore, they acquired the certification of Getting Things Done Trainer from VitalSmarts in 2018.
