Chris Decicco

Chris DeCicco has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies. Chris is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Technology Integration at Heartland, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Director at First Brands Group, LLC from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining First Brands Group, LLC, Chris held the position of Global IT Infrastructure Director at Brake Parts, Inc. for nearly nine years, from January 2013 to April 2022. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and effectively managed the organization's Information Technology division.

Chris also has experience working at Crawford & Company, where they served as a Client Engineering Manager from November 2006 to December 2012. Before that, they were a Sr. Client Technical Engineer Manager at Broadspire Services Inc from 2003 to 2006.

Their career in the IT industry started in 1987 at Kemper Insurance as a Client Engineer, where they worked until 2003. Throughout their career, Chris has showcased expertise in finding cost-effective solutions, leading IT transformations, motivating staff, and aligning IT with business objectives.

Chris DeCicco attended McHenry County College from 1986 to 1987, where they earned a Certificate in CIS (Computer Information Systems).
