Carlos Santos

Carlos Santos has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Carlos started their career at a private practice in 2005 as a Dental Assistant, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, Carlos joined My Dentist as a Dental Assistant and later took on roles as an Office Manager & Trainer and a Regional Manager. In 2013, they joined Heartland Dental as a Regional Manager of Operations and subsequently held positions as a Regional Director of Operations and Director of Affiliation Integration.

Carlos Santos attended Rose State College from 2006 to 2008, where they studied pre-requisites for dental hygiene. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Communicating for Impact" from McKinsey & Company and "Problem Solving" from McKinsey & Company in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Carlos also completed the "Bell Leadership Institute: Achievers" certification, although the year of completion is unspecified.
