Robert Jerome

Robert Jerome has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Heartland Dental, where they are responsible for the organization's digital strategy and customer experience. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at NIMBL, where they focused on expanding solution capabilities and developing strategic relationships. Robert also served as the Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Dickinson + Associates, after co-founding and selling their consulting firm, Metrinsic Solutions Inc., to the company. Before that, Robert was the President and Founder of Jerome Technology Solutions, a consulting company specializing in SAP Business Warehouse services, and held management consulting roles at BearingPoint. Their earlier experiences include working as a Senior Systems Analyst at NLS Animal Health and an Applications Analyst at Black & Decker.

Robert Jerome holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Loyola University Maryland, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from 1994 to 1998. Before attending university, Robert attended Chaminade High School from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as leadership, problem-solving, and business strategy from institutions including the Bell Leadership Institute and McKinsey & Company.
