Greg Arnold

Greg Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Greg currently works at HTLF, where they have held various positions since 2016, including SVP: Director of Portfolio Intake, SVP: Director of Product Management & Delivery, SVP: Director of Business Systems/Applications at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., and SVP / Head of Deposit/Treasury Management Operations. Prior to that, Greg worked at Susquehanna Bank for many years, where they held positions such as VP / Director Deposit Operations, AVP / Corporate Product Manager, AVP / Treasury Sales, Internet Banking Project / Product Manager, and Retail Manager. Before Susquehanna Bank, Greg worked as a Front Gate Supervisor at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Overall, they have extensive experience in operations management, product management, sales, and banking.

Greg Arnold attended various educational institutions throughout their career. From 1987 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Operations Management at Grove City College. Later, from 1994 to 1996, Arnold studied at Bucknell University, specializing in Advanced School of Banking with a focus yet unknown. Lastly, they attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2006 to 2008, completing their education with a degree in BAI Graduate School of Operations & Payments, with a field of study in Bank Operations.
