Holly Goza

Holly Goza, CPA, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Holly is currently working as a Commercial Business Analyst Team Lead at HTLF. Previously, they served as a Temporary Assistant Controller at U.S. Venture, Inc. In their long tenure at Associated Bank, Holly held various positions including SVP Director of Finance - Retail Banking, Business Unit Controller - Retail Banking, Director of Finance - Regional Banking, and Business Unit Controller - Corporate Banking. Prior to that, they worked at Shopko as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and as a Fixed Asset / Capital Budget Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics.

Holly Goza, CPA holds a BS degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Holly also has a High School Diploma from Green Bay Southwest High School. Additionally, Holly has obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
