John then worked at FAF Advisors as a Compliance Associate before joining William Mitchell College of Law as a Research Assistant. After that, they served as an AML Compliance Officer at U.S. Bank and later moved to Baird as an AML/Privacy Officer. John then joined Associated Bank, where they held various roles such as SVP - Regulatory Compliance Management & Privacy Officer and SVP - Compliance Risk and Monitoring Manager. John also worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Bank Mutual before joining their current role as the SVP - Director of Financial Crimes Risk Management at Heartland Financial USA, Inc.
