Morgan Smith

Morgan Smith, M.S., currently serves as a Small Business Portfolio Manager I at HTLF since April 2022, managing a portfolio of loans for 11 member banks with a focus on risk analysis and performance monitoring. Previously, Morgan was a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance, overseeing auto insurance claims and conducting liability investigations. Additional experience includes serving as a Lease Loan Servicer at Centennial Lending, a Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate, and participating in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. Morgan holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
