Steve W.

Steve W. has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. Steve started their career in the US Navy as a Yeoman from 1993 to 1997. Steve then worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Hub Group from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2009, Steve worked at Sedgwick CMS as a Training Manager, where they managed training programs and collaborated with stakeholders to develop learning solutions. In 2009, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Worldvibe LLC. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Instructional Design Manager at ServiceMaster, leading a team of instructional designers and managing the design and development process for learning solutions. In 2012, Steve joined Crew Training International as the Director of Learning Solutions, where they designed customized learning solutions, led a team of professionals, and delivered high-quality learning programs. From 2014 to 2018, Steve worked at HUB International as the Director of Learning and Development, developing comprehensive leadership development strategies and delivering effective leadership development programs. In 2018, they joined Heartland Financial USA, Inc. as the Director of Talent Management, VP, where they developed and implemented talent development programs, retention strategies, and talent analytics to align with the organization's goals and business strategy.

Steve W. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they studied Journalism at The University of Memphis from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Steve has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner from Predictive Index by RHSweeney Austin in 2019, a Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2011, and various certifications related to training and leadership programs from AchieveGlobal and Langevin Learning Services.
