Rebekah Scher

Rebekah Scher currently serves as the Farm Site Coordinator at Heartland Human Care Services since April 2024. Rebekah is also the Founder and CEO of Unlocking Organizations LLC, a role held since 2022. Previous experience includes managing programs at Chicago Cares from August 2023 to March 2024, working as an Organizational Development Consultant from February 2021 to August 2022, and serving as the Storytelling and Communications Manager at Embrace Communities from July 2021 to February 2022. Earlier roles include Customer Experience Associate at Fidelity Investments, National Account Manager Assistant at ALE Solutions, Server at Sodexo, Community Program Leader at Deep Griha Society in India, and Grocery Associate at Sam's Club. Rebekah holds a Master's degree in Human Relations and Organization Development from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from McKendree University.
