Aaron Stover

Aaron Stover is a seasoned professional in government relations and fundraising with extensive experience in public policy advocacy. Currently serving as the Director for The Heartland Institute in Washington D.C. since November 2013, Stover manages federal relations, cultivates donor relationships, and engages in public speaking on various policy issues. Previously, Stover held key positions such as Associate Director of Advancement at the Atlantic Council, Senior Program Officer at the Center for European Policy Analysis, and Director of Corporate Research at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Stover’s background includes roles as a Research Consultant, IT contractor, and administrative positions, complemented by an educational foundation in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a BA in Government/French from The University of Texas at Austin.
