Lily Tse

Lily Tse has extensive experience in human resources and global HR operations. Lily currently holds the position of Global HR Head and SVP People and Culture at Hearts On Fire since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the People Director at Bupa from July 2020 to October 2021. Lily also held various HR leadership roles at Shiseido, including Vice President of Human Resources from January 2018 to April 2020, Head of HR in 2017, and HR Director from July 2015 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at DXC Technology in HR operations and director roles from 2011 to 2015.

Lily Tse's education history includes executive education at Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Lily obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2019.
