Benjamin T. Goj has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 with an internship at Merrimack in cancer research and compound development. In 2014, they also had an internship at Ovamed GmbH. From 2017 to 2018, Benjamin worked at salesheads AG as a working student in marketing/business intelligence and later as a junior marketing assistant/intern. In 2018, they joined CAPinside.com as a marketing manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at heartstocks, starting in September 2021.

Benjamin T. Goj pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2016, they enrolled at Hochschule Fresenius and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in International Management & Marketing Management in 2019. Following this, in 2018, they attended both Berkeley College and Pace University, where they studied Marketing/Marketing-Management, allgemein, but did not receive a degree from either institution. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, Benjamin attended Kuehne Logistics University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management & Digital Transformation.
