Bruce Ennis

Bruce Ennis is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Capital Officer at Heartwood Partners since September 2019, Bruce has previously held key roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Bigelow Tea, where oversight of the entire HR function was managed from September 2012 to September 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Client Manager at Sikorsky Aircraft, managing HR for both the Global Helicopter business and Integrated Marketing, as well as a lengthy tenure at Pepperidge Farm as Director of Human Resources. Earlier in their career, Bruce worked as Manager of Human Resources at Citizen's Communications and held HR-related positions at Cadbury Schweppes. Bruce holds an M.Sc. in Human Resources and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and a B.Sc. Hons in Biological Science from the University of Nottingham.
