Nicky Dingemans

Nicola Dingemans is the Chief Human Capital Officer at Oliver Wyman, overseeing global human capital and talent management. Prior to their current role, Nicola served as the Global Chief People Officer at Reed Smith LLP and held various HR leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
