Dasha Soldak is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director FP&A for Amika & Eva at Heat Makes Sense since November 2021, Dasha previously held the Director FP&A position following the company's acquisition by Bansk Group. Prior roles include Manager of Global Brand Finance & Strategy for Lab Series at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Senior FP&A Manager and Financial Controller for Caucasus at Lactalis Group, Senior FP&A Analyst at Borun G – Holding, and FP&A Analyst for Russia & CIS at Johnson & Johnson.
