Rodney Townsend

Rodney Townsend currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Heath Consultants Incorporated since January 2025. Previously, Rodney held the position of Vice President of Technology Products and Engineering at Avis Budget Group from November 2023 to January 2025, and Vice President of Technology Products at JetBlue from June 2022 to November 2023. Rodney’s extensive experience at United Airlines from January 2011 to June 2022 includes roles such as Managing Director of Digital Channels and Personalization, Managing Director of Customer Mobility Solutions, Managing Director of IT Customer Travel Experience, and Managing Director of Loyalty Services. Rodney began the career at Continental Airlines, where roles spanned from Managing Director of Airport Applications Development to Project Manager, and earlier worked as a Webmaster at EDS Group. Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences from Southern Methodist University from 1992 to 1996 and graduated from Jersey Village High School in 1992.
