Matthew Gendron

Matthew Gendron has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Matthew started their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at AvalonBay Communities, where they worked for 13 years. Matthew then advanced to the role of Director of Construction, overseeing various projects from December 2008 to October 2016. In November 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Construction, a role they held until May 2021. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President at Heatherwood.

Matthew Gendron completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in General Studies from Dean College from 1979 to 1981. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Rhode Island College, which they obtained from 1984 to 1986.
