Brian Timmins

Brian Timmins is an experienced security and operations management professional with a robust background at Heathrow. Currently serving as the Security Operations Manager since November 2016, Brian oversees the security flow at Terminal 5, managing over 1200 security officers and processing approximately 35,000 passengers daily. Prior to that, Brian held the position of Head of Operations (Interim) at Heathrow Express, where responsibilities included ensuring timely performance and enhancing operational processes. Brian's earlier roles at Heathrow Express involved service management and performance oversight of frontline staff, contributing to an excellent passenger experience. Brian's career began at Homebase, where customer liaison and promotional displays were key focuses. Education was completed at Stanley Park High School.
