Lisa Manning

Lisa Manning has over 35 years of work experience. Lisa started their career as a Chef de Partie at Square Restaurant Birmingham in 1985. In 2007, they joined Heathrow, where they held the roles of Business Change Lead and Security Manager - Operational. As a Security Manager, Lisa was responsible for ensuring a compliant security operation, delivering daily operational performance, and leading a team of Security Officers. Lisa also worked collaboratively with other managers and tracked operational targets.

Lisa Manning attended Castle Vale Comprehensive from 1978 to 1984. Lisa did not pursue a degree or specific field of study during their time there. Later on, they completed an apprenticeship in Team Leadership at Heathrow Academy. Additionally, in 2021, Lisa obtained a certification as a Stress Practitioner from March on Stress.
