Miranda Lovegrove

Miranda Lovegrove is an experienced professional in airport operations and project management. Currently serving as a Senior OR Project Manager at Heathrow since January 2023, Miranda previously held the position of Director of Operations & Customer Service at Katalyst Laboratories, where leadership was provided for operational teams in various locations including Heathrow and Central London. With a lengthy tenure at South African Airways from 1991 to 2021, Miranda progressed from roles such as Ticket Agent and Reservations Agent to become Airport Manager at London Heathrow and later Deputy Airport Manager, overseeing comprehensive airport operations and enhancing the travel experience for thousands of customers daily. Education was received at Ashcombe school and volleyball centre.
