Kayla Waterman

Kayla Waterman is currently serving as a GTM professional at Hebbia, where the focus is on building AI interfaces for knowledge work. Prior to this, Kayla worked in Investor Relations at Apax in 2023 and held various roles related to growth equity and venture capital at AlphaSights from 2020 to 2023, rising from Associate in Private Equity to Manager. Kayla also gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Gartner in 2019. Earlier in their career, Kayla was involved with The Michigan Daily from 2016 to 2019, holding positions including Managing Social Media & Analytics Editor. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, with additional studies in Digital Studies and Marketing, Sales, Advertising from the University of Michigan, and completed high school at Riverdale Country School.
