Ryan Samii

Ryan Samii is a seasoned legal and business professional currently serving as the Founder of Standard Draft, which offers advanced solutions for contract negotiation through AI-facilitated drafting. As a Founder Fellow at On Deck and a Strategy & Content Development Consultant at Praktio, Ryan contributes to innovative educational tools for contract navigation. Prior experience includes founding a stealth project and working as a Corporate Associate at Paul Hastings, where expertise focused on M&A and emerging growth practices. Ryan's earlier roles involved managing legal services at the Michigan Law Transactional Lab, interning at Paul Hastings and Oakwood Worldwide, and excelling in marketing and coordination during academic years at UCLA. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from UCLA, and completed the Anderson Venture Accelerator program at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2023.
