Deb Lemmerman

Deborah Lemmerman joined Hebrew SeniorLife as chief people officer in 2014. Prior to joining HSL, Deb served as senior director of human resources for the Cambridge Health Alliance.

As chief people officer for HSL's 2,600 employees, and as a member of the HSL senior leadership team, Deb develops and oversees human resource management policy and programs, builds relationships with operations leaders, ensures that all aspects of HR management reflect the values defined by the organization's Cultural Beliefs, and leads the work of HSL's Employee Engagement Goal.
