Isabelle Faucher

Isabelle Faucher, The Director of Human Resources, oversees the strategic orientation of human resources management. She works to rally the School’s administrative and academic staff around its mission.

She co-ordinates the development and application of human resources management policies and practices, while ensuring respect for and compliance with labour legislation and promoting a harmonious work climate.

She also sits on the HEC Montréal Pension Fund Committee.
