Deb Moriarty

Director, Office of the President & Board Secretary at Franklin and Marshall College

Deb Moriarty currently serves as the Director of the Office of the President and Secretary to the Board of Trustees at Franklin & Marshall College, a position held since July 2021, after fulfilling roles as Covid19 Coordinator and Interim Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs during the 2020-2021 academic year. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Towson University, where Deb served as Vice President for Student Affairs, overseeing various student services and programs. In addition to administrative roles, Deb has contributed to the field of higher education through leadership positions in NASPA and local chambers of commerce, as well as board membership with the International Leadership Association. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from UCLA and master's and bachelor's degrees focused on college student counseling and recreation.
