Natalie Roussel is the Director of Communications & Government Relations at HEC Montréal. Natalie has over 20 years of experience in public relations and has held various senior positions in both the public and private sectors. Natalie has a strong track record in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and special projects. Prior to joining HEC Montréal, they were the Chef - Relations avec le milieu et projets spéciaux at Hydro Québec, where they oversaw media relations, stakeholder engagement, and special projects for the company. Natalie has also worked as a Conseillère - Affaires corporatives at Provigo inc., and as a Conseillère - Relations publiques at NATIONAL Public Relations. Natalie began their career as the Responsable des communications at the Centre d'expertise et de recherche en infrastructures urbaines before moving to the Ville de Montréal, where they worked in the Service du protocole. Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Université de Montréal.

Natalie Roussel holds an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke and a Baccalauréat en communication from Université de Montréal. Natalie also attended Antoine de Saint-Exupéry for their education.
