Donna Rolf

Donna Rolf serves as the General Counsel at Hecate Grid since May 2024 and also holds the position of Board Member at both American Community Bank & Trust and Novilla RNG. Since 2019, Donna Rolf has been a Principal Consultant, Advisor, and Investor at DJR, Inc., where strategic advisory focuses on energy, waste, agriculture, food, and real estate sectors. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Interim President and CEO at The Cradle, where organizational restructuring and cultural improvements were achieved, Executive Vice President at FDLT, and various executive roles at Amp Americas LLC, overseeing the growth of a pioneering renewable energy business. Donna Rolf earned a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BA in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
