Michael Steffey

Michael Steffey has a strong work history in sales and operations roles within the construction industry. Michael began their career in 1986 as an Inside Sales representative at Win Kit Company, where they worked for five years. Michael then joined Blue Lake Builders in 1991 as a Sales Manager and Chief Estimator, holding this position for twelve years. In 2003, Steffey transitioned to Weaver Companies, Inc. as a Sales representative, remaining with the company until 2013. At that point, they joined Heck Construction Company, Inc. as the Director of Residential Operations and Sales, where they continue to work.

Michael Steffey attended Cocalico High School from 1984 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time.
